Sunday Swag | March 1
It's officially March now! As of today, I have 5 weeks left in London, so I've definitely got to make them count. That's five weeks to travel as much as possible, finish my classes, experience as much of the city as I can, keep on working on my internship and to pack up and finalize everything before I go. I already have 4 huge Primark bags of stuff to give away to charity shops, and I'm sure there will be more stuff to chuck before I'm off.
Last Sunday was the Oscars and I was up until 5:30am in the morning to watch. While I lost a lot of precious sleep, it was definitely worth it, as all my choices won (although I would've liked to see Michael Keaton win Best Actor, but I'm happy Eddie Redmayne did). My best dressed of the night were Rosamund Pike, Emma Stone, David Oyelowo and Eddie Redmayne.
My favorite show in the world, Parks and Recreation, ended this week with the most perfect episode ever. I laughed, I cried, it was amazing and the best way to end the series (even though I wished it could go on forever).
I feel like I need to become a spokesperson for Slim Pasta, because I want to scream out to the world about it! Since I am on a low carb diet (already lost 16.5lbs!) I can't eat regular pasta, which is a travesty. But since I discovered Slim Pasta, I have been so elated. It's the best noodle alternative I've tasted yet, and I hope I'll be able to find it in America when I get back. Sometimes all you need is something that feels like pasta and it tricks your brain into thinking that's what you're eating. You can get it at Holland & Barretts, which is a health food store in the UK.
A big change is in store for this blog, and it's coming up fairly soon, so be on the lookout for that! I don't want to reveal what it is until it actually happens, but don't be too alarmed when it does!
